Channel 4 and Paramount's Channel 5 have agreed a landmark commercial alliance. Channel 4 will take over Channel 5's ad sales, moving the over £300 million contract from Sky. The merged sales unit will advertise both stations from 2027. The agreement delivers a single offering for advertisers. The announcement was made on 16 September 2026.
